Program is presenting an opportunity to extend the Thanksgiving tradition to those families in need.  Beginning November 2, 2009 you my purchase a Thanksgiving dinner under the name of the C.A.R.E. Program at any one of the participating grocery stores listed below.  Please have the store charge you on seperate transactions if you wish to purchase more than one dinner.  Dinners starting at $45.99 & up... Please send your receipt to Health Services/CARE Program.
