Welcome to the Office of Health Services! In addition to nursing services provided at all schools, Health Services administers a wide variety of programs to serve the health and wellness needs of students and families. Our office is located in-between the Liberty Elementary and Woodcrest Junior High School campuses, off Bon View Avenue, South Ontario. We've MOVED!!!

The C.A.R.E. and TYKES Programs have moved to a new office. They are now located at the Adult School Campus (12970 Third Street). TYKES new extension is 8960 and for C.A.R.E. please use extension 8967 or 8968.

TYKES Program: 8-4:30pm
